Job Description:
This position will be responsible for the sourcing of fabric.
a)Recruit and training of sourcing team membersa) Recruit and training of sourcing team members.
b)Active involvement in sourcing of fabric suppliers in accordance with our quality requirement.
c)Review all contract of the fabric and negotiate with fabric supplier payment.
d)Cordinate with merchandising team on new sourcing.
Qualification:
a) Degree in Textile & Fabric technology or equivalent specialty.
b) At least 10 years fabric or relevant work experience with which 4 years at supervisory level.
c) Familiar with the sourcing process.
d) Good at analyzing the production capacities of suppliers.
e) Good team management and leadership skills.
f) Good time and task management skill.
g) Fluent in spoken and written English.
h) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
