有6年以上非标整机设备开发经验，多次独立完成复杂自动化设备设计工作的经历；
熟练使用Solidworks等三维设计软件;
熟练掌握各种非标设计所需外购件和标准件的选型和使用；
掌握各种金属加工工艺，热处理及表面处理工艺；
掌握自动化设备的控制原理和方法；
具备与加工供应商沟通以及现场安装调试的丰富经验；
工作认真、仔细、吃苦耐劳有责任感，有良好的团队协作及沟通能力；
英语良好。

工作内容: 设计开发大型工业机器人和自动化生产线、精密自动测量仪器、以及特殊用途的非标自动化系统。

Main description
The Senior Mechanical design Engineer will be working in a global team of highly qualified engineers and will be expected to translate market and design requirements to generate the overall design concept for the mechanical system as well as the detailed design of the mechanical components which include plastic parts, sheet metal, stainless steel, ferrous and aluminum alloy parts, humidity conditioner, sensors, motion servo drives, electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic actuators, designs considering production methods and lowest costs
Major Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design and development of highly customer-tailored laboratory automation equipment, Laboratory automatic measurement and inspection instruments from customer demand concept and requirements from conceptualization to prototyping, test and verification, and manufacturing at pilot and production levels.
Apply good engineering knowledge in the development of the products to meet stringent specifications, Deliver on time and the right quality.


Qualifications

Fast leaner with strong creativity and innovative mind, A bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent,
6 and plus years post graduate experience in producing mechanical designs,
Experience of laboratory instruments or measurement related products design experiences are added advantage,
Critical thinking and strong technical fundamental are required to make an effective technical decision,


Ability to utilize latest CAD tools such as Solidworks to specifications, design and qualification of mechanical parts, assemblies, and complete machines,
Knowledge of 3D modeling by incorporating design intent is absolutely necessary,
Demonstrated use of statistical tools in design selection, failure predictions, design optimization, problem solving, root cause analysis and verifications at all stages of product development. Utilization of Six Sigma tools in product development will be an advantage,


Good materials knowledge, and good Knowledge of manufacturing processes, experience and knowledge in CNC machining/sheet metal tools are required and mastering them is added advantage,
Knowledge of IEC61010 standard will be an advantage,
Stay informed on new developments and share knowledge,
Strong feeling for accountability,
Strong communicator and team player, Engineer team leading and managing will be an advantage,
Follow internal processes, Create and maintain engineering documents are according to company procedures,
Utilize global resources, manage outsourced third party fabricating,
Good English, Ability to express technical matters adequately both orally and in writing.
