A USA based children's apparel company seeking senior level Merchandise Manager:

Job Description

-Responsible for identifying and developing new suppliers and maintaining relationship and business with existing suppliers
-Develop, price, sample and order new product
-Manage product development process from proto sample to shipping samples
-Manage daily communication with home office and vendors
-Manage, lead and motivate team of 6-10 people
-Help solve problems facing team and business

Qualifications:

-Bachelor Degree or above
-Formal education in Garment / Textile field preferred
-Minimum of 10 years in Apparel Industry in a managerial capacity with expertise in children’s apparel and USA marketplace
-Detail oriented and experienced
-Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
-Fluent command of both writing & oral English and Mandarin
-PC literate, MS office as a must
