主要工作职责Key Responsibilities
·接听和转接电话, 快递收发等办公室工作 Be responsible for answer and transfer telephone, post and receive express, etc. ·办公室环境及卫生等工作 Be responsible for manage work environment, including green, cleanness and so on. ·公司文具及用品采购 Be responsible for office stationery puchase etc. ·协助公司的现金及员工报销Assist to handle company petty cash and employee reimbursement. ·协助上级领导处理其他相关事项 Others tasks assigned by manager.
任职要求 Major Requirements
资质Qualifications ·大专及以上学历,管理类相关专业优先.College degree or above, prefer in Management or related profession. ·年龄22-25左右,1年以上相关工作经验.女性优先.Age 22-25,above 1 year ‘s relevant working experience. Female is preferred. 技能 Skills ·熟练操作计算机办公软件Proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. ·良好的英语听说及读写能力Good command of oral & written English. 个性品质 Personal Attributes ·个性乐观、沉稳,做事认真负责.Optimistic,steady personality and conscientious in working and tasks assigned by manager. ·工作积极主动,团队合作精神 Work active and good team worker spirit. ·良好的学习意愿及能力Willingness to learn and good command of learning
