职位描述：
1.主要负责公司内部日常招聘
2.负责招聘信息的发布、简历筛选、电话面试、第一轮面试，记录面试情况并反馈
3.协调用人部门第二轮面试，沟通候选人情况，及时跟进相应面试结果，offer谈判
4.及时与用人部门沟通，做好岗位分析并拟定招聘方案，制定招聘策略
5.根据岗位要求开发、维护招聘渠道，简历相应的人才库以完成招聘任务

岗位要求：
1.本科以上学历，英文听说读写熟练
2.3年以上会议行业招聘工作经验，熟悉招聘流程
3.积极热情、主动承担，会灵活处理突发情况
4.熟悉招聘流程，熟练运用各种招聘工具和手段，丰富的招聘经验及技巧，熟悉国家相关法律法规
5.具有良好的职业道德和职业操守及良好的团队合作意识
6.工作细心，耐心责任心强
7.有猎头公司工作经验者优先考虑

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies, advertising programs, Internet and Intranet recruitment processes to attract high caliber candidates.
- Conduct telephone interviews and 1st round interview
- Filter and select suitable candidates
- Manage recruitment related reports and provide suggestions /recommendations base on regular data analysis
- Manage relationship with recruitment suppliers & recruitment websites, recruitment agencies
- Ensure that managers adopt best selection methods to recruit candidates and that they are in line with employment legislation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management or related
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment with multinational company, headhunter experience will be a plus
- Knowledge of FMCG and retail industry, knowledge of labor law
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with people at all level of organization
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Excellent interview and assessment skills
- Strong customer service focus and great team player
- Skilled in developing training materials & programs
- Self-driven, motivated and possess a positive attitude
- Good presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
