职位描述：
1、撰写专利申请文件；
2、审查意见答复；
3、检索以及翻译国内外相关专利的中英文资料；

4、和其他事务所和专业代理机构的业务联络及协调
5、其他相关工作。

要求：
1、全日制大学本科或以上学历

2、专业方向：医药，化学及相关专业；
3、持有专利代理人资格证书，三年以上专利方面的工作经验；
4、英语口语表达以及书面应用能力优秀；

5、熟悉MS Office各种办公软件的操作；

6、有责任心、注重细节，具有良好的团队合作精神

Job Description:

§ 1. Prepare design patent applications

§ 2. Translate US patent applications for filing with SIPO

§ 3. Prepare responses to office actions

§ 4. Draft new patent applications in English

§ 5. Translate Chinese patents into English

§ 6. Coordinate with local IP associates

§ 7. Assist in other related work if needed

§ 8. Prepare transmittal documents to SIPO

Requirements:

§ 1. Major in pharmacy, chemical or similar is required

§ 2. Bachelor of Science degree or above

§ 3. Passed the patent bar and had at least 3-5 years professional experience

§ 4. Excellent reading, written and oral language skills both in Chinese and English

§ 5. Good computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office applications

§ 6. Organized, detail-oriented, hard-working and outgoing team player in a multi-cultural working environment
