职位要求：
1.本科或以上学历，机械，英语，国际贸易专业
2.能独立完成外贸业务操作流程，如产品的询价、报价，商务洽谈，客户验厂，合同签订，样品追踪、货款回收以及处理客户投拆。能独立完成接待国外来访客户，进行业务谈判
3.五年以上进出口贸易工作经验，或同等岗位工作经验，
4.英语专业八级水平，有较强的英文听、说、读、写能力
5.剑桥商务英语中级优先
6.具有较强的市场敏锐度和分析能力
7.具有优秀的客户沟通协调能力、分析能力、应变能力、客户关系维护能力
8.工作努力、责任感强、团队合作精神佳

职位描述：
1.负责客户日常的询价，报价，订单落实
2.样品或新项目的追踪和反鐀。
3.帮助客户解决技术疑问
4.负责协调产品售后问题，协同其他部门妥善解决客户问题，独立解决客户抱怨。
5.跟踪客户订单的生产进度，落实客户订单要求，按时发货及时提供出货单据。
6.确保国外客户付款及时
7.接待客户来访，陪同客户参观工厂或验厂

Job Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or higher in engineering，English，International trade
2. Are able to operate international business process independently, such as inquiry, quotation, negotiate on price and other term, sign contract，follow up order process, ensure payment received on time and dealing with all types of customer complaint. Have the ability to receive oversea clients independently..
3. At least 5 years sales experience in export and import or equivalent working experience.
4. TEM 8 degree, excellent English skill in communication, writing and reading.
5. BEC vantage is preferred
6. Strong ability of analyzing market, are able to take flexible and fast action according to the market change, integrated management capabilities..
7. Excellent communication skill
8. Team-working spirit and hard working

Job description:
1.To be responsible for daily inquiry, quotation and order arrangement.
2.Track the sample test result and new project’s feedback
3.Assist customer to resolve the technical questions
4.To be responsible for after-sales service. Work together with other departments to resolve customer’s question and complaint independently
5.Follow production schedule to make sure on time delivery for custom’s order.
6.To make sure timely payment from oversea customers
7.Have the ability to receive foreign customer’s visiting and accompany them to visit and audit factory independently
