ACCOUNTABILITIES

? In charge of Compliance and Control related functions for Local Commercial Bank (LCB) at country level to protect business through ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, rules and internal policies and procedures
? Work closely with country Compliance team, business, operations and risk team to ensure all related Compliance requirements are strictly followed on both country & regional standards and new compliance related systems and procedures are effectively implemented
? Coordinate and closely monitor the implementation of various requirements on BISO, Record Management, COB and other Compliance and Control related functions
? Check the quality of Client Acquisition Due Diligence (CADD) and provide related trainings
? Coordinate for LCB quarterly RCSA including training, monitoring and reviewing.
? Coordinate and participate with Compliance, IA, ARR and regulators for related review
? Track and ensure that corrective actions are completed for outstanding issues raised by internal or external review or self-assessment
? Prepare regulatory reports
? Provide updates and training on Compliance, Control and monitoring related issues to LCB staff
? Handle other Compliance and Control related jobs assigned by LCB management

KEY REQUIREMENTS

? University degree or above
? More than 5 years working experience in Compliance and Control function in Financial industry, and familiar with local banking regulations and policies
? Have good judgment when addressing regulatory enquiries
? Strong analytical skills and ability to implement Compliance and Control policies and procedures
? Good knowledge of internal control requirements
? Good knowledge of account opening and AML requirements for corporate clients
? Have high level of integrity
? Proactive, responsible and good problem solving skills
? Strong coordination skills and good team player
? Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
? Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (oral and written)
