HR & Admin Manager 人事行政经理
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
General HR Management
- Understand the business strategy and its HR implications to ensure HR practices are supporting the functional departments in achieving their objectives
- Provide function heads with value-added HR advice and support in their people management
- Support budget planning, analysis, review and ongoing controlling
- Manage the successful implementation of Global HR Roadmap
- Define and constantly review the company regulations to ensure all the processes and guidance are properly running
- Maintain the Commitment to the Company of accelerating the sustainable growth, the contributions to the society, the excellent process and the people development
Talent Acquisition
- Design recruiting plan according to the annual business plan, recruit the right person for the right job at the right time in an efficient and cost-effective way
- Understand changes in the business and the organization, help functional departments update position descriptions to reflect business growth and evolution
- Identify and implement effective people assessment tools to enhance the selection process
- Talent Development and Performance Management
- Understand the backdrop of the functional structure and the development trend, identify the key positions and high potential people with the preventive, practical and attractive development plan and succession plan
- Develop and implement departmental people development programs to enhance bench strength
- Assist line managers in addressing associate performance issues in a timely manner
Associate Relations
- Analyze staff turnover reasons and propose improvement plans to management
- Maintain effective associate communication channels to enable management hear the voice of the associates
- Assist line managers with legal compliance through education, consultation, and monitoring to prevent labor disputes from happening
Administration Management
- Act as the key liaison with contractors, suppliers, landlord, etc; flat search; advice accounts termination of auto pay instructions, amah hiring etc.
- Organize storage of old records and furniture in a systematic manner for future retrieval.
- Control the inventory of company administrative products used on monthly basis.
- Watch over office tidiness in relationship to soft drinks, boxes, samples, print areas, etc.
Professional Requirement:
- University degree in Business Admin, HR Management, or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in HR sector, and 4 years in manager role.
- Prior work experience in middle to large size manufacturing/production facility a must
- HR generalist with prior work experience in multinational organizations preferred
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of Recruiting, Staffing, Management, Leaving, People Development; Budget/ HC Planning and Project Management.
- Familiar with HR processes, tools and KPIs
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with staff at all levels effectively
- Team leading capability
