Logistics Speicialist 物流专员
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with export business and commodity inspection, orignal certification application in CIQ
- Internal delivery process control to ensure the correct and accurate delivery occur on time (domestics transportation)
- Coordinate and communicate with forwarders/customs brokers on shipment arrangement and issue solution
- Ceate the DN in system and file the export documents.
- Maintains logistics / distribution database with good filling
- Lead shipping team to ensure quality of work.
- Support the other Logistics tasks if needs
- HS Code classify
- Bonded Book process implementation
Professional Experience Required
- 5+years of total working experience in similar function(in a Manufacturing or related industry would be advantage)
- At least 3 year relevant experience in position as team leader
- College or above degree, have similar function experiences
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong organization and coordination abilities
- Basic SAP knowledge; especially in SD (dispatching function) will be priority considering
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
- Experience to solve the Logistics urgent case
