Role and Responsibilities

Act as Operation Head of the Shanghai Office, be responsible for provide a Safe/Efficient/Friendly environment/infrastructure of external and internal for the business operations. This mainly include but not limited to the below things.

1. To establish and maintain healthy relationship with government agencies at Municipal/District/Free Trade Zone level, including the Custom, SFDA, Health Bureau and etc.

2. To lead supporting function including Facility, Logistics, Warehouse, IT, Admin to provide efficient and effective support to scientific and business operations.

3. To help the Sr. Management to oversee other operational functions including HR, Finance and etc.

4. To define the local needs of operation with understanding of corporate strategy and local status, to play a proactive role in communicating both with the Sr. Management and Head of local departments.

Requirements

1. B.S degree with minimum 8 years working experience and among that minimum 3 years in managing multi-teams in operation preferred.

2. Rich experience in establish close relationship with government agencies/media at different level.

3. Proven success in building cross functional and external relationships; demonstrated teamwork, interpersonal communication and leadership abilities with team management experience.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).

5. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
