MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Ensure SHE policies/standards/procedures are implemented and followed up along the construction execution.

2.Lead plant project in the area of New Product lines, Material/Process Change, Process Improvement with Cytec plants.

3.Budget development, and cost estimation

4.Take part in the pre evaluation, selection activities on equipment/facilities supplier, contractor, engineering company, design institute, and other service vendors.

5.Responsible for the management of engineering document, e.g. BOM, construction file, material specification, datasheet, memo, and as-built documentation etc.

6.Public relation for government authorities check and approval. Construction permission related activities.??

REQUIRED:

1.Bachelor degree or above on constructure engineering

2.Fluent English communication.

3.Good computer skill, familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project.

4.Familiar wit quota control is better.

5.At least 3 years experience in constructure engineering field

6.Well-organized and cooperated

7.Effective communication, proficient at active face to face communications skills at a senior and operator level as required. Able to motivate, sell new policies and negotiate at all levels.

8.Good Leadership and teamwork.
