Job Description:

? Maintain good relationship with different government departments and follow up any change of biotechnology or company related policies and rules;
? Responsible for import and export permit application for biological materials;
? Responsible for international shipping handlings Customs Clearance and record tracking;
? Responsible for Company overall and lab safety, environmental protection and any activity related.
? Responsible for coordinating multiple projects of both company and lab project application within tight time constraints until acceptance. Including coordinating, documents collecting, writing and submitting
? Manage and maintain projects files and responsible for annual renewal for acquired acceptance or certificates;
? Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.


Requirements:

? Bachelor degree in biotechnology related major(master degree is preferred);
? At least 2 years in similar positions or related working background, international logistics experience is preferred;
? Excellent writing skills in both English and Mandarin;
? Windows based computer knowledge is essential;
? well-organized, details-orientated, and self-motivated.
? Strong team-working focus and excellent communications and inter-personal skills.
