Purpose for the Job

3. Company’s public relations management – social responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities

? Organization of company internal events, e.g. annual dinner, staff communication meeting, anniversary, project milestone celebration etc.
? Organization of market promotion actions, e.g. advertisement, exhibition, seminar etc.
? Multimedia platform setup for internal and external communication, incl. announcement, press, newsletter, radio, tv, intranet, internet, websites, in-and outdoor advertisement etc.
? Communication databank establishment, standardization, maintenance and material distribution, incl. photos, product catalogues, gifts, printing materials, press articles, VCRs, company logo standard etc.
? Vendor management with regard to exhibition booth decoration, catalogue/calendar design and printing, gift design and manufacture, event organization and other promotional material preparation
? Company’s communication budget control
? Information exchange with CoCo headquarter and reports as required
? Coordination with SBUs, functional departments, affiliates to meet their needs
? Public relations management, e.g. local government, media, the public, customers, charity organizations etc. in regular and emergency cases
? Trademark and patent issues
? Strategic planning for company culture, brand name, company image
? Communicative and promotional guideline and standard setup for Pulcra Greater China
? Written information preparation
? Other requirements assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree or above (major in English, journalism, communication. etc.).
? Minimum 4 years’ communication/marketing experience with multi-national company or FMCG.
? Excellent written/oral skills in both English and Chinese, with especially strong copywriting skills complimented with extensive press release drafting experience
? Outstanding communication/coordination skills in matrix organizations.
? Excellent event management skills, capable of working with multi-task and under pressure.
