Position: Sales Manager

Report Line: BU Sales Manager
Job Description:
1. Development of Retail Grocery & Gen Merchandise industry sales plans and sales strategies, organization to achieve sales targets.
2. Establish a good customer relationship, maintain and promote good market image.
3. Training plans, the necessary training for related staff.
4. Guide and assist the sales managers and consultants within the department in order to achieve sales goals, maintaining good coordination and communication between relevant departments.

Requirements:
1. BS degree or above, prefer major in mechanical,automation or Engineering related
2. 5 years sales position working experience with at least 3 years project or solution sales experience
3. Good technical skill especially in mechanical and automation areas,prefer have technical position working experience
4. Good understand of Retail Grocery & Gen Merchandise industry,familiar with operation process in it
5. Good interpersonal skill and persuasion/negotiation skills
6. Detail-driven, persistent, trust-worthy and creative
7. Fluent written and spoken English
