Qsolar is a manufacturer of solar panels in Shanghai. For our manufacturing facility in Minhang, we're
looking for a QC manager that can implement strict quality standards and who takes full responsibility
for the quality of our products.

Tasks:

+ Determine quality standards for each manufacturing process in factory
+ Implement strict Quality Control procedures
+ Sampling, measuring and verifying that manufactured products meet pre-determined quality standards.
+ Record information on non-conforming products.
+ Identify causes for the out-of-spec product.
+ Work closely with Producing Manager and Engineers to solve quality issues.

Qualifications:

+ Fluent spoken English + Chinese
+ Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent
+ Proven experience in quality control, at least 2-3 years
