- Marketing and sales of engineering plastics including nylon, PVC, TPE, ABS compounds and thermoplastics;

- Build up close rapport with customers and provide close monitoring and feedback on competitors' activities/actions and marketing strategies in China;

- Travel within China will be required;

- Required to achieve sales targets and report on market development activities

- Reports directly to the Market Development Manager

- Degree in Polymer Technology or Material Science from a recognized university;

- Sales experience in the automotive industry will be a major advantage;

- Working in a small but fast growing company environment, the incumbent must be a team player and be willing to help out colleagues whenever the need arise and yet be fiercely independent, working with minimal supervision to achieve set goals;

- Must be willing to travel extensively;

- Reasonable command of spoken and written English will also be a distinct advantage;

- Knowledge of computers and basic office software;

- Cheerful disposition, pleasant personality and a good sense of humour.
