Job responsibility
1. Logistics: warehouse management and delivery
1) Find a good warehouse , negotiate about price , get all detailed information about long-time cooperation, build stock for China Branch.
2) Receive orders from clients, make warehouse-out list, contact with warehouse and arrange shipments correctly(article, name, quatity,store) and on time. Input deliveries into computer system right after delivery.
3) Make full control of stock situation, understand average sales of each products and make orders to HQ if the stock of some products is not enough for tow-month sales.
4) Follow up the orders. Make sure to get ordered products on time. Make warehouse-in list when products arrive warehouse. Make sure that arrived products are exactly the same as we ordered, and without any defects or short of amount. If this situation happens, contact with factory and HQ until this problem get solved. Sent the final warehouse-in list to HQ and ask them to input into system. After confirmation from HQ, check if everything is right according to warehouse-in list.
5) If the ordered products are imported from other country, associate with the customer declaration.
6) Inventory once per month. Inventory must be done by checking all the products. If there is difference, make sure on time find the reason and solve problems.
7) Responsible for keeping inventory report, the real stock in warehouse and stork in computer system of company are the same.
2. Others
1) Make sales report according to sales date of clients at the end of every month, issue fapiao to clients not later than the first week of next month.
2) Collect all the fapiao for payment of company to clients.
3) Associate with communication with HQ for sales team.
4) Make payment of insurance and housing fund for all employees in Shanghai.
Other association job required by company.
