职位要求:
Job Description:
continuously communicating with landlords of target locations in East China area to secure space for opening shop-in-shops
coach and manage City Managers in East China area to maximise the turnover & margin and control operational costs
after shops opened in East China area, together with City Manager keep communicating with the landlords to get good chances for brand presentation (like better location or bigger space of shop in next adjustment period, brand display opportunity, department store media exposure, and negotiation on reasonable promotion mechanism, etc.)
through daily communication with City Managers and frequently visiting shops in East China area to monitor and optimise shop operational functions (like stock management, merchandising, assortment management, shop staff training, marketing materials utilization, VIP consumer membership management, manual reporting, etc.)
consolidate weekly/monthly report from City Managers in East China area to make and submit weekly/monthly report of East China area to China Retail Director
through sales analysis and insight of consumer & channel trend, make corresponding action plan every month to improve the shop outcome
huge input for every new shop in East China area to ensure the openings are successful (like people recruitment & training, arrangement of human power for receiving & unpacking goods, coordination of furniture production and marketing materials preparation, merchandising planning, opening promotion planning, tracking on preparation of shop operational materials, coordination of brand communication chances if there is, etc.)
assist and coordinate marketing activities in East China area, like roadshow, brand display or small events, etc.
notify and train City Managers about the newest company policy, regulation or process; feedback remarkable information or idea from East China sales staffs to China Retail Director
coach and help City Managers in East China area to daily maintain and update information (sales, traffic, mutation, invoice) in online sales operation system
coach and help City Managers in East China area to use online order system to place weekly replenishment orders
sensor, approve and consolidate the payment from shops in East China area to make cost declaration or payment request
hire and fire City Managers in East China area after approved by China Retail Director
organize periodically meeting, training and team building to develop and also motivate City Managers in East China area
make assessment for City Managers in East China area every year and set target for next year
Requirements:
Ability of English reading and writing is a must. Fluent English speaking is not mandatory but a plus.
University or college degree.
28 to 38 years old, male or female.
At least 3 years of working experience as sales manager in retail category, working experience for household category is preferable.
Ability of strategic thinking, result oriented, flexibility, problem solving, integrity, innovative, self-starter, entrepreneurship.
Skills of communication, negotiation, leadership, teamwork, coordination.
Strong sense of responsibility and urgency, enjoy work under pressure and welcome challenge.
Attention to details and patient.
Income Offer Budget:
Monthly gross salary RMB 25000, 13 months of salary paid every year. Annual bonus maximum to RMB 40000 depending on achievement.
