Responsibilities:
1. Assist the process engineer to establish and improve the production process.
2. Compile into file according to the information of improved process - SOP.
3. Support debugging and acceptance of new tooling. Then compile the information of the tooling into file.
4. Attend into the production improving programs such as: efficiency increasing, lean Manufacturing etc.
5. Collaborate Train the workers in production about newly improved SOP.



Skills and Specifications:
1. Major in Industrial Engineering or composite material.
2. more than 2 years of experience in production process .
3. Experience in assembly process is a plus.
4. Have strong ability both in written Chinese and English.
5. Willing to be a trainer, rigorous and good ability in communication.

Education and Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Strong knowledge of MS Office.
