职位描述
Job Description,
1. Provide technical support to the worldwide customers of Ubee through emails and phone calls.
2. Summarize and analyze the problem when it is reported, and then provide reasonable suggestion to the customer.
3. Coordinate with different teams in the company to provide the solution in timely manner.
4. Short-term travel abroad (2-3 month, US and EU) to provide onsite support.
Job Requirement,
1. Bachelor and above degree with Telecommunication, Computer and Networking related majors.
2. Good English skill at speaking, reading and writing. CET6 is above 450.
3. Familiar with Internet protocol, such as TCP/IP, voip and etc. Better to have CCNA, CCNP.
4. Ability to handle the issues alone.
5. Good at communicating. Work with passion and customer service sense.
6. Know of embedded system.
