Responsibility:
-Responsible for building, growing, and developing team
-Responsible for performance management
-Motivate and manage team members' expectation

-Responsible for managing team's daily operations
-Understand customer requirements, and conduct technical evaluation
-Create and track overall project schedule

Qualification
-Have outstanding technical capability and experience in one or more of the following technologies or domains:

-Embedded technologies (Device drivers, Embedded OS)
