岗位要求：
沪籍，年龄在21到35岁之间，具备良好的服务意识，应变能力和学习能力强，有较强的团队意识，声音甜美，普通话标准，有大型呼叫中心工作经验者优先，有家装行业相关工作经验者优先考虑。

1.负责咨询电话的接听和转接给相关人员
2.负责记录客户信息资料
3.负责引导并接待来店客户
