Key Responsibilities:

·Develop and source various chemicals for different industrial applications for export to US & Asia through Connell Bro Company’s organization (CBC).

·Work closely with the sourcing executives to establish complete product portfolio’s by industry that will include product gaps with new principles

·Field inquires driven from USA/Asian countries or from interesting opportunities identified in China that should be considered.

·Continue to expand supplier base for existing products we currently sourcing

·Work with CBC Export data to bundle suppliers and products together by application that can be pushed out as marketing packets to relevant business unit within CBC on different industrial segments

·Keep abreast of market & industry trends, competitors and leading principals’ strategies.

·Inform offices of any major outside influences that could impact price or availability. ( i.e. Political impact, government rebate changes, weather , floods etc., )

Requirements:

·University Degree on Chemicals or Chemicals Engineering major

·Technical oriented with min 5 years solid sourcing experience in related field in which at less two years at the supervisory position

·Working experience on the oil and gas or agricultural chemicals sector would be an advantage

·Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills

·Well organized, self-motivated with exceptional drive on a fast growing working environment

·Excellent English language skills and able to work under MS Office business environment
