Responsibility:
· Assist in the project management process by collecting, collating, and producing records, documentations and reports needed by project managers, advisers and other internal and external stakeholders
· Provide high-quality administrative support to the team and take responsibility for the effective and efficient running of the offices
· Implement the delivery, monitoring, administrative and general targets and tasks set by the project managers
· Provide translation support to training documents and other files
· Make travel plan for managers and some customers
· Support the company training and different events
· Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by project manager


Requirement:
· Bachelor degree company
· Good command of English
· Literate in MS Software esp Excel and PowerPoint
· Excellent communication skills;
· Service- oriented, self-motivated, responsible, well- organized, can work under pressure;
