We are looking for:

前台兼行政助理

职位描述：
1. 负责公司客人的接待、登记，委婉劝退推销人员及电话；
2. 负责公司电话接转，协助收发传真、文档复印等工作；收发日常报刊杂志及联系寄发快递； .代收快递、信件并传给相关人员，做好登记；
3. 负责饮用水的供水联系、记录及报销工作；负责会议室的预定、会议设备管理、卫生、安全等日常管理
4. 负责员工考勤的日常登录及每月的考勤统计；
5. 负责出差员工火车票、机票、酒店的预订；
6. 负责电话费、物业费、水电费、房租费、保洁费、快递费等费用的缴纳及备案，并对异常情况进行跟踪、处理；
7. 负责办公用品等的采购、保管、维护、配发、领用、借用、盘点、帐表登记和统计工作；管理办公设备报修维护等工作。
8. 做好主管领导交办的其他临时性工作。

. 岗位要求：
1. 大专以上学历，至少2年行政前台工作经验；
2. 英语读写良好；
3. 熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；
4. 良好的形象气质及亲和力，性格开朗大方，沟通协调能力强；能熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识，具备一定文书写作能力；
5. 体貌端庄、性格开朗、待人热情诚恳、头脑灵活、悟性好、人品端正；
6. 对工作有强烈的责任心，具有良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神,工作积极主动，有良好的职业道德；
7. 酒店管理相关专业优先。
