Job Summary
A staff position in Finance Department who should follow company finance/accounting and internal control polices, in charge of recording account payables, complete AP voucher to payment process, do monthly closing with accurate AP accruals and prepare AP related analysis reports.

Job Descriptions:
1.To do 3-way match, AP voucher daily and process payment weekly.

2.To maintain vendor master file and do account reconciliation with vendors regularly.

3.To ensure Inter-company Charge are timely record, and reconcile by each month-end.

4.To complete monthly closing with AP interface and accrual, prepare AP aging and other analysis report such as PPV, Cash out forecast.

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree of accounting or finance and 1~2 year experience about AP or accounting.

2.Good command of English, both oral and written.

3.Positive working attitude, strong responsibilities and good communication skills.
