Job Description:

1.Be involved in daily production arrangement;
2.Conduct the site supervision by following GMP
3.Dedicate to the optimization of process flow
4.Take the lead in non-conformity analysis and continuous improvement
5.Be responsible for the management of workers team;
6.Supervise the implementation of TPM
7.Take part in the new equipment purchase
8.Be involved in EHS system
9.Advocate cost control in production process
10.Communication with all relative dept.
11.Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, at least 5 years productioni management experiences in manufacturing company;
2. Fluent English in both oral and written;
3. ERP system knowledge is needed;
4. Knowledge of Microsoft office, Access skills is a must;
5. Good communication and coordination ability.
