SPECIFIC ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Support a team of HR professional in the identification, development and implementation of broad human resource strategies and interventions associated with accomplishing business objectives.
2.Overall supervision and coordination of the organization’s recruiting, training, hiring, placement, development and promotion activities to ensure all objectives and goals are met or exceeded.
3.Implement and monitor a strategic human resource planning process to ensure leadership continuity and continued supply of talent employees.
4.Implement human resource development programs, ensuring that skills and competencies of the workforce meet requirements for current operation and future goals.
5.Be responsible for identifying and making the training requirements with each department’s manager that are required for each functional personnel in terms of the knowledge of environment protection and required personnel moving in case of the needs of special tasks (e.g. emergency, take corrective actions, etc.).
6.Be responsible for making, organizing and implementing corresponding training plans and evaluating the training results;
7.As a SAP HR key user, to ensure that SAP HR can be updated timely according to the change of HR policies and processes and be used correctly.
8.To ensure that monthly payroll and social security are implemented 100% accuracy.


KEY PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1.Good leadership and supervisory skills and ability to motivate, coach and mentor a team
2.Outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills


EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
1.Degree and postgraduate qualifications in HRM
2.At least 5 years of experience in handling the full spectrum of HR duties, with strong experience in MNC manufacturing environment
