Primary Responsibility基本职责
1.Conduct DFS based on customer inputs
依据客户要求进行可行性分析
2.Carry out design task for POD, SOD, unit design, BD and BOM
负责POD,SOD, BD, 和BOM 的设计
3.Generate and update design rule to reflect assembly process capability
从工艺能力的角度制订和更新设计原则
4.Co-work with CFE/NPI/PE team on design optimization
与相关新品部门合作进行设计优化
5.Formulize and implement DFM conception during design stage
在设计中形成和应用DFM理念
6.To accept and execute for any other special tasks, assignments or ad-hoc requirements ordered by line manager.
接受并执行上级领导布置的其他特殊任务、工作或者临时安排的工作要求。
7.Commitment to safety, give priority to safety and take precaution to prevent accidents at work.
认真执行“安全第一、预防为主”的安全生产方针，自觉遵守各项安全生产制度和规定，做到不伤害自己、不伤害他人、不被他人伤害
8.Strictly adhere to safety rules and responsibility.
忠于职守，严格履行本岗位的安全责任
Qualification / Skills / Experience Requirements 学历/技能/经验要求
1.Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering
本科，电气/电子/机械工程学位
2.Minimum 2 years’ working experience in semiconductor PKG design
至少2年半导体设计经验
3.Familiar with APQP NPI flow
熟悉APQP新产品设计流程
4.Knowledge of Assembly process is a must
必须了解封装流程
5.Fluent English in verbal and writing
英文读写流利
