职位描述:

1 根据客户和公司内部需求开发与公司发展匹配的代理；

2 负责海外代理开发和维护; 代理指定货开发；向代理推广公司各口岸的服务；

3 定期完成代理销售报告；完成上级交办事项；

4 及时掌握市场与代理操作变化情况，收集、整理和评估代理信息及价格信息，定期提交报告；

5 负责公司内部客户所需要的海外询价；

6 能够及时的完成每月与海外代理的对账工作，按照公司的规定严格控制海外代理的应收账款;

7.为客户以及海外代理提供优质的物流解决方案，提升公司品牌形象；

岗位要求:

1.大专以上学历; 英语四级以上，听说读写流利；能与海外代理以及客户准确无误的沟通; 熟悉计算机操作以及应用;
2.有两年以上的海外代理开发经验;

3.熟悉各航线特点及市场信息；

4.较强的开发、沟通、谈判能力; 热爱本职工作; 有较强的语言表达能力和上进心，能承受一定的工作压力;

5.有同行同职岗位工作经验者、具代理网络者优先考虑；

6.乐于助人，诚信为本, 能与团队成员一起成长。

Requirement:
1. Junior college degree above; Cet4 or above, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing; Able to communicate with overseas agent and customer accurate communication; Familiar with computer operation and application;
2. Have two years of overseas agent development experience;
3. Familiar with each airline characteristics and market information;
4. Strong development, communication and negotiation skills; Love his own work; Have strong language skills and the desire to do better, can withstand the pressure;
5. A job position working experience with counterparts, with the agency network is preferred;
