Pacific Epoch is seeking a programmer to join its IT Solutions Group. The successful candidate will play an important role in bringing our research together with the latest technology to both provide excellent insight into listed Chinese internet companies and open the door for US investment in China.

Key responsibilities include:

l Mastering our web crawler software data system

l Writing software script, as well as maintaining and improving the company's web crawler system

l Understanding the company's data analysis methods

l Working closely with analysts and the investment information team

l Optimizing corporate data storage, access and presentation.

l Working with other members of the IT solutions team on planning and related implementation

l Communicating and collaborating with team members at company HQ

Qualifications:

l Know or can quickly grasp .net language, and apply it to scripting

l Familiar with Basic, knowledge of Java is a plus

l Applicants should have two or more years of work experience in a related field

l Talented graduates who own a computer science degree and have .NET background are welcomed to apply
