Responsibilities:
? Responsible for the operation of the production lines and keeping the manufacturing processes in high efficiency in Unifrax Linhai plant.
? Responsible for ensuring all construction, installation and fabrication work is done per engineering design.
? Assist Unifrax engineers in working with local suppliers and contractors during the engineering, purchasing, fabricating and installation of manufacturing equipment.
? Working with design institute and equipment supplier on improving design and solve problems encountered in construction.
? Responsible for developing production equipment operation programs.
? Responsible for building production lines operator's team.
? Coordinate with Unifrax global resources to implement operator's team training on site or in overseas factories.
? Responsible for continuous improvement tasks on cost reduction and increasing output.
? Responsible for ensuring products meet quality requirements.
? Responsible for introduction of statistical tools to improve equipment capability and efficiency.
? Responsible for raw material and consumable material sourcing and qualifications.
? Responsible for developing production plans based on orders received.
? Responsible for generating request on raw material and consumables.
? Responsible for workspace routine housekeeping.
? Responsible for leading safety operations in the plant.
? Responsible for hiring temporary manpower when required.
? Responsible for communications with Unifrax globally related to process and technology challenges in the facility.
Requirements:
? Engineering Degree in material science strongly preferred.
? At least 3 years experiences in papermaking equipment, production improvement, and quality management. Continuous process manufacturing is preferred.
? Good communication ability in Chinese and English. Must be able to read and discuss technical issues in English.
? Good skill in design tools, CAD, Pro/E , UG is preferred.
? Willing to team work with others
