Purpose for the Job
1)Be responsible for MD's secretarial workload

Principal Accountabilities
1) Well manage MD's time schedule
2) Assist MD's document management
3) Conduct phone service for MD's office
4) Responsible for MD's presentation preparation (powerpoint)
5) Assist MD in meeting organization and other business activities
6) Book hotel and transportation for business travel
7) Draft business notice, letter or email in Chinese/English as required
8) Other affairs assigned by MD

General SHEQ Accountabilities
Conducting tasks delegated by the company's SHEQ team.
Ensure following of the company's Management System, defining/following up of corrective and preventative actions within defined responsibilities.

Requirement
1) College or above
2) Major in Professional Secretary /Mandarin or related background
3) More than 3 years working experience as MD Assistant
4) Fluent spoken and writen English
5) Skilled at Microsoft Office(especially PPT)
6) Good time management and document control skills
7) High initiative,self motivated,mature character and hard working attitude.
8) Good communication and interpersonal skill,flexible and people oriented ability to get along with diverse personalities
9) Good team spirit
