The candidate deals with basic IT issues for customers including onsite or remote service, delivers and tests IT projects with IT engineers. The candidate is willing to learn the new technology and improve himself.
Responsibility:
Provide IT support including helpdesk, windows AD and network system.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for current IT systems and networks
Perform hardware and software installations and upgrades
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for all computers, printers and networking devices
Deliver and test IT projects.
Requirements:
Experience on desktops, laptops, printers and related IT devices.
Familiar with server hardware; Configure and maintain windows server system, file server, and so on.
Have strong basic IT knowledge and good knowledge with AD system, network and desktop OS. Good.
Hand-on ability for troubleshooting and fix diverse and hard problems.
Willing to learn new technology, proactive on daily work and have a strong mind as a teammate.
More than 1 year IT field experience.
Good oral and spoken English,
Good communication skills with customers
College degree in Computer Science or equivalent
certificate of MCITP and/or CCNA is an advantage
