Title: QC coordinator
Report to: QA Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for Inspection arrangement, including input and update master list, receive inspection booking from supplier, assign to service provide, receive quotation and confirm, etc
-Responsible for Inspection result handling, including received inspection finding notice or reject notice forward to relevant engineer, feedback to service provide, failed inspection rearrangement, etc
-Responsible for prepare inspection certificate, including receive documents from logistics and forward to relevant engineer, get certificate with documents return to logistics, etc
-Responsible for QA department administrative support, including documents filing, data statistics, monthly service invoice check and payment preparation, other report need by supervisor, etc
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor.


POSITION REQUIREMENT :
- Bachelor degree or above with the background of Statistic and Analysis will be an advantage
- Over 3 years inspection and quality assurance working experience.
- Good knowledge of the DIY product, European standards, directives and policies.
- Excellent communication skill, good understanding and skillful in WORD, EXCEL, PPT.
- Could afford working pressure, good team player.
- Good command of English
- Good at MS office and ERP skill.
