3. 报价/订单/发货流程内部签核控制

4. 系统存货价格维护

5. 存货领用流程控制及系统录入

6. 按财务要求匹配并提交凭证

7. 未来将成为子公司与瑞典总部的沟通窗口

要求:

1. 大专以上学历

2. 有进出口企业物流及仓管经验2年

3. 有ERP物流系统使用经验

4. 熟练使用Excel编辑文件

5. 对库存管理态度严谨,可以与财务紧密配合,严格要求库存管理工作

6. 英语听说写流利

Job Description of Operation

Sales Process:

1. Prepare the Sales Orders in M3,Deliver goods in M3

2. Maintain Sales Price according to AB’s quarterly updated

3. Execute the control process for quotation authorization, order authorization, goods deliver signature and acceptance by customers.

4. To be the window of Machine sales logistics follow up with headquarter

Purchase Process: (Purchase Order, called Distribution Order in M3)

1. Demo, Parts, Access purchase from AB, Distribution Order(DO) check, to be the window between MMCN and headquarter

2. Goods Receipts in M3

3. Cooperate with finance check the DO price correction and goods receipts correction

Warehouse Keeper-PG&SMT

1. Stock –taking , check the stock between M3 and physical, making stock –taking report in M3 according to policy

2. Cooperate with Sales assistant and finance, to check the correction of logistics and stock.

3. Maintain special stock in and out (Consignment Stock.)

Parts Request Process:

1. Maintain goods request order in M3

2. Execute the control process for the goods request
