PROFILE:
Highly motivated self-starter, organized, planner, constant and capable of multi-tasking.
Good manner for communications. Good English & Spanish level

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support International Trade Department in Spain solving Proforma Invoices and Shipping Documents problems.
Assist Logistics and Quality team coordinating between teams cut offs and closing dates.
Support merchandisers teams in packaging requirements.
Check Shipping Documents for Company Shipments to Mexico.
Coordinate with Spain and origin offices payment issues.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
Chinese Madarine Mother Tongue.

1 year related experience in Logistics is required.
Excellent command of oral and written English.

Excellent command of oral and written Spanish.
Good Microsoft Office skills
Good communication skills
