Responsibilities:
Report to fabric FR manager
Responsible to assist in new fabric (woven) development, testing, shade approval, follow and report production status.
Closely work with mills to ensure the fabric specification are met and maintained.

Enter test data in computer system, print hangtags.
Work with manufacturing associates to ensure smooth transition of fabric development projects into the production environment.
Assist in quality issues as they arise; review failures, vendor processes and assist in formulating a corrective action plan.
Responsible for fabric testing, trial samples and other duties as assigned

Sampling & production follow up, work experience in factory is preferred.
Requirements:
Degree in textile engineering, dyeing and finishing or relevant experience.
Strong technical skills for woven fabric, dyeing and finishing.
At least 3 years experience in fabric development/testing with at least 2 years in manufacturing.
Experience from working in a foreign company environment a plus.
High initiative and good interpersonal skills.
Good communication, organizational and development skills.
Good command of English language, written and spoken.
