PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
？ Leads and launches NPI project following NPI procedure.
？ Create full scale project plans, track project deliverables and monitor each step of NPI from Sample through to Volume production.
？ Define the project’s objectives and CTQ control throughout its life cycle.
？ Coach, motivate and supervise project team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Give necessary support to the team.
？ Coordinate the project meeting through project development, each milestone and key technical definition, and hold project analysis meeting to release feasible workable solution to meet customer requirement.
？ Communication with customer for all technical issue to understand customer critical request, give suggestion to customer to reduce cost, improve manufacturability and improve quality.
？ Coordinate with related department to support project development:
？ Create project technical data base in to Engineering systems and support to ERP systems.
？ Create first article, lead new prototype qualification activity, coordinate each review meeting and lead team to pass each tollgate for NPI project development.
？ Responsible for training requirements / training plans and implementation.
？ Transfer customer ECN to Internal ECO and track/ implement the progress.


Experience or skills required
? 8+ years’ professional working experience and at least 2 years working in EMS manufacturing plant.
? Solid experience in SMT, Backplane manufacture, is familiar with PCBA/BPA ICT, FCT and Electrical testing, product verification and validation.
? Senior & practical experience/skill in Project development and management.
? Own experience with the third part testing lab for product qualification testing and know patent, UL, TUV etc. certificate.
? Be familiar and have experience in DFMEA, DFM, and PFEMA engineering tools.
? Excellent skill in commitment to result and time oriented.
? Strong communication, leadership and team work capability.
? Good English skill in Speaking, Listening, reading and Writing. .
