Job Description

This is a key position in Quality Assurance Team under Operation &Technology Risk and Control, its main responsibility will cover

- Wholesale banking operation quality monitoring from both the aspects of regulatory mandates and internal control requirements

- Support control related project within operation function, such as regulatory reporting improvement

- Support regional control system implementation and coordinate the ongoing maintenance

- Track the rectification progress of operation issues within function

- Highlight operation risk and compliance risk with wholesale banking operation staffs linking with audit findings and regulatory findings

- Prepare trainings in terms of compliance and risk control sense within function

- Maintain operation control repository including issue log, finding database, control related procedures as well as report inventory

Candidate Qualification

- Bachelor degree or above

- At least 5 years banking operation experience

- With rich knowledge about banking product and process

- Be familiar with regulatory requirement on operation and concerned reporting

- Keep strong control sense and risk prevention awareness

- Good communication skill and coordination ability

- Smart, independent, positive, well-cooperated, with high learning desire

- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
