职位描述


The primary role of the HR Assistant – APAC would be to support both Directors in their functional roles including but not limited to recruitment and learning and development programs.
In addition, the HR Assistant should work independently to provide HR administrative support to the team whenever required.
Specific responsibilities as follows:
Resourcing

Maintaining resourcing database for ALL positions
Responding to resourcing enquiries
Maintenance of the online recruitment system à posting of job vacancies and responding to all applications
Recruiting and staffing logistics (e.g. interview arrangement)
Setting up SHL (online test) assessment. Generate the report and verify invoices
Capturing and tracking vacancy requirements, coordinating Asia Pacific Resourcing calls, preparing for Resourcing meetings, etc
* The above list is not exhaustive as the Director, Talent Acquisition – Asia Pacific will join on 26 July 2010
Learning & Development

Generating Hilton University (online e-learning) activity report
Coordinating training nominations
Following-up on Hague university courses
Generating monthly reports per hotel for Global English (for team members to learn English)
Collating monthly training calendars
Issuing new licenses for global English
Assisting on e-Cornell approval and reports
Administrative and logistics support for training programs, like SHINE, PAL, Nanyang Cornell
Updating training slides
Responding to applicants for Elevators (similar to Management) program
Organizing Elevator events
Distributing/collating/tracking of all performance review forms
Others

Managing travel arrangements, tickets, visas and other transportation matters
Filing (as assigned by HR Manager)
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
Any adhoc duties assigned

Able to follow through with tasks to completion
Eager to learn and a hands-on team player
Highly resilient
Fluent in English (Mandarin will be an advantage)
Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills
Microsoft office skills
