Your tasks

· You are responsible for the overall management of the store and Cafe;

· You ensure a timeless and elegant image of your store and the service to your customers;

· You organize the Cafe and the store in an efficient and luxurious way;

· You ensure the optimal staffing at all times and use planning system linked to purchasing and you support, motivate and coach your team on a daily basis;

· You ensure an optimal inventory, make sure orders are placed on time to replenish;

· You are proactive and think about programs to increase the sales.

Your profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in F&B operations;
• You are capable of managing a small team and motivate them;
• You are hands on and have excellent organization skills;
• You can work with Microsoft Office programs;
• You are passionate about quality and luxury;
• You are a team player and flexible to ensure daily operations at the Cafe;
• You can speak English on a conversational basis.
