岗位要求：
1、临床医学、医学检验专业，本科及以上学历；
2、2年以上市场或销售工作经验；
3、擅长市场公关策划及信息收集分析；
4、具有较强的文字功底，良好的沟通表达能力及团队协作能力；
5、有医疗行业市场部工作经验为佳。

职位描述：

1. 组织收集各类信息（市场信息、行业信息、同业信息），提出各类规划（产品规划、渠道规划、促销规划、队伍规划、客户规划）等，为新项目开发、销售及发展方向的确定，提供营销策略支持。

2. 策划大型公益活动、公关活动、广告与其它宣传等，向社会、客户群传递艾迪康文化，树立企业形象。

3. 视部门工作目标及人员素质情况，合理调配部门内人力资源，为部门成员制定相应的岗位职责，监督、指导部门成员不断改善绩效、提高技能。

5. 建设、维护公司对外的窗口：品宣手册、网站等，并确保对外窗口的文化一致性。

6. 编制部门内部的费用预算，并分解、监控实施，保证费用落到实处。

8. 完成上级交付的其他工作。
