Job Description

Disnflex is looking for a technical marketing manager with mechanical background and good business sensitive. He/she will focus on finding new applications with our fiber reinforced thermo set composites and he is also responsible for adjust/improve the current manufacturing machine for this new application and routine production.

Location

Shanghai

Responsibilities
Communicate with customers from different industries. To conduct technical customer dialogues, application dialogue as well as to understand customer needs from technical and economic perspective.

- To conduct seminars/workshops to customer to show what we can do for customer Recommend creative architectures and solutions with our material for new application.
Improve manufacturing equipments for new applications

Desired Skills & Experience
BS degree or above in mechanical

Minimum 4 years of working experience.

Over 3 years experience with part design, especially on metal (aluminum, steel or Fiber reinforced plastic) parts design in various industries like Automotive, Construction and building, FRP based ship building.

Knowledge of the manufacturing process of metal parts

Over 2 years experience with customer application service

Over 2 years experience with pultrusion composites application/sales is also appreciated, but mechanical background is must

Strategic thinking, positive, energetic, persistent and can-do attitude, and with excellent self discipline.

Excellent written and oral communications skills with customer and inside colleague

Good business sensitive with new application
Can read and write English
