主要工作范围： 开发最优质的供应商，并且与之协调所有采购要求，包括间接货物，服务和直接原材料。发展合适的供应商，以满足项目进度需求。

Major operating range: To develop the highest quality suppliers and coordinate the purchase of requirements for indirect goods & services and direct material. To develop the right suppliers to meet the project schedule demand.

具体工作职责：

Responsibility:

间接材料采购：

？ 开展供应商的开发及物品采购及服务工作，以满足职能部门提出的需求。

？ Execute the development of suppliers for goods and services to meet functional department requirements

？ 支持生产/设施/物流部门对原料采购及服务的需求。

？ Support Production/Facility/Logistics requirements in the supply of MRO products and services.

？ 支持工程/测试/质量方面的需求，提供设备，模具工装，软件和服务的供应。

？ Support Engineering/Testing/Quality requirements in the supply of equipment, tools, software and services.

？ 支持IT /人力资源/行政管理方面的需求，满足对硬件，外设，软件，服务和办公家具等的采购需求。

？ Support IT/HR/Admin requirements in the supply of hardware, peripherals, software, services and office furniture etc.

？ 协调与供应商的商业合作关系，通过遵守质量，保密，商业行为和道德要求来确保其为合格供应商。

？ Coordinate the commercial relationship with suppliers through compliance with quality, confidentiality, business conduct and ethics requirements.

？ 通过间接采购目录和合同的执行情况来间接采购得以持续优化，提高效率。

？ Continuously streamline indirect purchasing via the implementation of catalogs and contracts.

直接材料采购：

？ 根据对直接采购零部件的需求来执行供应商的开发，负责供应商的质量认证和产品达产批准，确保其完成批产产能的准备。

？ Execute the development of suppliers for direct components requirements through supplier quality approval and product approval to engineering release for production.

？ 负责对生产用的直接零部件提供供应支持，对满足生产需求的物流提供支持。

？ Support Logistics requirements in the supply of the direct components to meet production demand.

？ 负责通过协调企业价值分析/价值工程的结果，努力提高采购的原材料和零部件的质量，并且降低采购成本。

？ Coordinate the corporate Value Analysis / Value Engineering effort to improve quality and reduce cost with materials and direct components.

？ 负责协调与供应商的业务关系，使其在质量，保密性，商业行为和道德要求方面满足公司需求。

？ Coordinate the business relationship with the suppliers. Through compliance with quality, confidentiality, and business conduct and ethics requirements.

？ 负责在技术的发展方向上协调工程部对所有供应商做出的选择和发展。

？ Coordinate with Engineering in the technology direction for all supplier selection and development.

项目采购：

？ 负责贯彻商品采购策略，引领其在随后的行动计划中的活动。

？ Implements commodity purchasing strategy and leads ensuing action plans in the scope of their activity.

？ 经过商品采购主管领导沟通联系后，发送招标要求给集团合作供应商，分析供应商的销售建议，协商出最佳的成本/质量/时间/服务等供应条件，在采购资源委员会议中提出本地化采购配置，与选定的供应商制定出供货条款。

？ Sends calls for tenders to the panel communicated by the commodity Lead buyer, analyses the supplier sales proposals, negotiates the best cost/quality/time/services conditions, proposes allocation of market during the Sourcing Committee and set terms with selected supplier.

？ 根据项目进度要求，负责领导供应商的行动及供货表现。

？ Leads supplier activities and performance according to project schedule.

？ 负责传达必要的信息给供应商销售，项目成员和内部客户。

？ Communicates necessary information to supplier salesmen, project members and internal customers.

   作为一名上市公司，索格菲集团（SOGEFI GROUP）在汽车行业主要有两大产品：悬架避震弹簧和滤清器，为全球主要汽车制造厂配套供货，经过30年的努力，该产品已经在全球汽车零部件行业成为了领航者。目前整个集团分布在四大洲13个国家，下属公司27家，生产基地37座，员工总数

   集团十分重视在中国的发展。于1996年在上海成立了上海欧雷法弹簧有限公司(Shanghai Allevard Spring Co., Ltd)，总投资额近1亿人民币，生产汽车避震弹簧。目前已拥有的客户有神龙、东风、郑州日产、东南汽车等著名企业。

2006年集团又在上海成立了上海索格菲汽车部件有限公司(Shanghai Sogefi Auto Parts Co., Ltd)，并建立了索格菲集团亚洲采购中心(Sogefi Group Purchasing Center(Asia))，主要生产弯稳定杆和滤清器，为奔驰、神龙、宝马、大众、福特等一流的主机厂配套供货。
