1、在线售前、售后咨询（使用旺旺、电话）
2、平台订单处理，含制单提交、发货等（使用天猫后台、CRM系统）
3、中差评处理、回访（使用旺旺、电话）
4、日常的产品维护、上下架操作（使用天猫后台、CRM后台）

职位要求：
1.具有一定的销售意识和优秀的语言沟通能力
2.有较强的责任心，做到及时跟踪订单信息。
3.能够配合团队进行工作调动，愿吃苦耐劳。
4.具有较高的进去心，自我学习能力强。
5.有一定的淘宝客服经验，熟悉天猫店铺后台及旺旺使用，
6、打字速度分钟50字以上。
