职位描述:
1、负责网店铺整体规划、运营、营销、推广、客户关系管理等系统经营性工作，完成店铺销售目标。
2、负责网店日常改版策划、商品上下架、推广、销售、售前售后服务等经营与管理工作，致力于优化店铺及商品排名；负责线上活动和专题的策划，线上推广创意及效果优化。
3、精通淘宝和各电营网商直通车竞价排名规则，优化竞价关键词，降低推广成本，并根据淘宝和各电营网商搜索规则进行商品页面搜索优化，使宝贝排序靠前。
4、擅长淘客推广和会员关系管理，能快速有效处理客户投诉及纠纷问题。

任职要求：
1、熟悉淘宝网和各电营网商运作规则，熟练掌握网店的运营和管理。
2、 了解淘宝和各电营网商、熟悉各类淘宝和各电营网商推广工具，直通车、淘客、钻展、熟悉淘宝和各电营网商各类活动及上报流程；熟悉淘宝和各电营网商直通车， 淘宝和各电营网商论坛、帮派、产品上下架时间、收藏排行、关键词、橱窗推荐规则，网站广告联盟等推广手段；有实际操作经验，并每日分析数据进行调整跟踪， 能够制定出正确的预算达到销售增长目标，其他广告投放经验。
3、懂得电子商务营销及推广，有淘宝和各电营网商客户销售经验，熟悉淘宝和各电营网商流程，精通淘宝网和各电营网商营销规则，熟悉淘宝网和各电营网商会员的购物习惯和购物心理，热爱电商工作。
4、 有女装、女鞋、精品等奢侈品店铺及商城工作经验优先，3年淘宝店长以上经验优先。
5、 高能力高底薪、加高提成，上不封顶。
