Responsibilities:

1. Monthly management report by group format and related deviation analysis.
2. Monthly forecast and deviation analysis based on the comparison to 1YP and RFOC.
3. Monthly Rolling Forecast and deviation analysis based on the comparison to 1YP and Last Rolling forecast.
4. Assist Finance Manager on 1YP and 3YP preparation.
5. Provides performance variance data and analysis in comparison to budget, forecast, previous year in a bridging format.
6. Co-manages, plans and executes, along with the Materials Management Function, the physical inventory of products and all inventory control activities
7. Support on ERP operation improvement, standard cost update, analyze different types of cost variances in ERP system, like PPV etc. to ensure accurate & timely month-end closing and relevant financial operations.
8. Quarterly IFRS package preparation.


Requirements:

？ Major in Accounting or Finance with a bachelor degree. CPA equivalent certification a plus.
？ Over 5 years working experience in finance.
？ Expert knowledge in China GAAP and IFRS.
？ Solid knowledge of Budgeting, Cost Accounting, Internal Control such as compliance with Inventory Management, Purchasing Control & Accounting knowledge & Tools.
？ Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak clear English.
？ Skilled in Microsoft and ERP system.
？ Good communication and analytical skills.
？ Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
？ Ability to work effectively under extreme pressure to meet deadlines.
？ Good command of spoken and written English is absolutely necessary.
