Job Responsiblities:
- Be in charge of reception works and the reception telephone desk.
- Distribution of letters, newspapers & periodicals, express, package etc. to departments concerned.
- Arrange pick-up and hotel for clients.
- Coordinating and arranging business trip for employees, including booking flight and railway tickets, hotel reservation.
- Other work required by department manager.
Qualifications Request:
- Graduate from college or above with secretary or administration major.
- At least two years receptionist work experience in foreign invested company.
- Be good at English.
- Good communication and team work spirit.
